A Controlled Delivery Process

You receive a written scope with the fixed package price, platform costs, boundaries and delivery date.
The system is built in the agreed workspace and tested against a product-specific acceptance checklist.
You receive the working system, evidence pack and a plain-English guide for operating it.
Delivery Standard
The attached delivery system has been translated into client-facing commitments you can verify.
Lead automations and bots pass 10 mandatory checks. Voice systems pass 11 recorded checks, including transfer, forbidden-action and difficult-caller tests.
Access is provided by workspace invitation or password manager—never sent in ordinary email or WhatsApp messages.
Two correction rounds within 14 days are included. New integrations or expanded channels after sign-off are quoted separately.
You own the final work product. Where possible, the system is built in your platform account so access remains under your control.
Automations include alerts; bots escalate unknowns; voice agents route to a person. Silent failure is designed out of the workflow.
Fifty percent confirms the build and fifty percent is due on acceptance. Platform subscriptions and usage fees are confirmed separately.
Proof of Work
Every accepted build produces an evidence pack—screenshots, test results, recordings where relevant, and a runbook. Founding-client packs will be published as they are accepted.

The standard package includes one knowledge base and one deployment surface. Choose either a website widget or WhatsApp for the initial build; an additional surface can be quoted separately.
No. It handles defined first-line calls, after-hours traffic or overflow. You control what it may do, what it must refuse, and when it transfers or captures a callback.
Answer Bot and Never Miss a Call are limited to the sources you approve. Unknown or out-of-scope questions follow an escalation rule rather than improvising an answer.
For Answer Bot it covers the ongoing managed service and monthly upkeep within the agreed scope. For Never Miss a Call it includes the recurring service and monthly transcript review. Usage-heavy platform charges are confirmed against expected volume.
After the scoping call, written acceptance of the specification, receipt of the 50% deposit and delivery of the required source material. Your requested date is captured below and confirmed in writing.
